Logo & Website

After some thinking RTB has decided to publish suggestions regarding our website and logo.

So far RwandaTalent.com and the following logo in text with a icon of a person behind a great star have been recommended to management by external consultants.

What do you think? Feel free to comment if you think management should adopt this new brand or not?
